Abstract :
Although memristors have been around, both theoretically and physically for a long time, they have not really been exploited in today´s computational infrastructure. In this paper we demonstrate how a loosely memristive NiTi structure can be used to implement synaptic and other neural components that are required in the next generation of neuromorphic systems.
