Abstract :
This paper discusses the vibration characteristic of an object, the generation mechanism of noise and noise reduction methods. Based on the theory of Statistical Energy Analysis, taking the vibration noise simulation software Auto SEA as a platform and the stiffened plate as an example, we carried out a qualitative numerical simulation research, through which, the relationship between different forms of stiffened plates and the vibration velocity as well as the sound pressure level has been discovered. The structure form which can achieve the best effect of vibration and noise reduction under the minimum stiffened mass of a stiffened plate is obtained, which provides the guidance for the engineering design and structural design.
