Abstract :
Experimental technology and the latest development of Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS) were introduced and its research value was highlighted through combining its application examples in environmental science, such as identifying the biodenitrification bacteria in wastewater, identifying the proteins differentially expressed under cadmium stress in phytoremediation and testing the sulfa medications metabolites in environment. As well, its application prospect was also expected in this paper.
