Abstract

This paper made an example as High-tech Industrial Zone in Jianhu, for researching the contradiction between ensuring economic growth and protect the natural environment that have been faced by planning about sustainable development of country economic development zone with industrial transferring, and preliminary discussion the way in planning for natural environment protection and make that develop sustainably.
