Abstract :
The paper discusses cognitive cards for regional social-economic systems, particularly a regional education system in all its interrelations with the economic and ecological environment of the region. The ultimate goal of cognitive modelling is the definition of the conditions promoting steady development of the region and revealing the role of an education system in the decision of this problem.
