Abstract :
Based on correlation type photoelectric sensors and cameras, an online-like dynamic examination of the pantograph slipper system is presented in this paper. The main design flow charts of this system are introduced. The hardware scheme of this system is given. This system has utilized the edge detection and so on, achieving to deal with the picture of the pantograph slipper´s abrasion. The experiments and the results of the data processing show that the systemic measurement error is comparatively small. Moreover, the cost of this system is relatively low, the measuring principle is very brief and the installation is convenient,as well as it has little effects on the factors of environments.
