  • Abstract
    To improve the level of automatic test for rail traffic signals, the data acquisition system for rail traffic signals was designed based on virtual instrument. The advantage of using virtual instrument was discussed based on characteristics of rail traffic signals. Introduce the total structure of system, research on the working principle and data acquisition principles of the board, design the software using LabVIEW 8.2. The system was set up by 15 subprogram, 3 user-defined control, 2 files of database and 1photo for minimize. It could get, display, save, replay and analysis analog signal, digital signal and switching for rail traffic value. Finally, the system could achieve the designed functions after tests.
