            Abstract : 
For enterprises, customer relationships are critical to succeed their business. To enhance them, we present in this paper a discussion, namely Customer Co-Business Systems (CCBS), about collaborative business between customers and enterprises where customers can benefit from collaboration with enterprises by providing services to interested customers. The discussion figures out a CCBS architecture with necessary components and management mechanisms to help customers collaborate with enterprises to devise services.
