Abstract :
A novel single-chip monolithic microwave receiver on silicon with integrated high Q inductors and laser-trimmable capacitors and resistors is presented. All functions, including some elementary mixed signal circuitry, necessary to demodulate a 1.5 GHz signal and convert it to baseband digital data are described.
