Abstract
This paper discusses the semantic interactions including affiliations and geometrical interactions of different objects and different parts of one object with a multi-level segmentation framework. We propose four basic semantic relationships between not only two objects in different regions, but also any two of their sub-objects in different semantic levels. Our system obtains the semantic relationships with user interaction and the results of first segmentation. The semantic relationships feed back to the re-segmentation and make the results better. Experiment is performed and presented on different kinds of images. The final sementic hierarchy of objects is looking forward to work effectively in image editing based on objects or parts of objects.
