Abstract
Radio controlled clock (RCC) is a kind of time measuring technique that uses wireless radio to transmit time signals, purposing on synchronizing the signals of wireless receivers and solving the precision and synchronization problems of clocks between different ranges. This paper has thoroughly analyzed the transmitting characteristics and the encoding principle of RCC and based on the existing technique, a new type of transmission format is proposed. Moreover, integrated with the conventional RCC transceiver system, RCC can do more than just transmitting and receiving time data. An innovated wireless transmitting system is therefore proposed.
