Abstract :
The article analyses the background of the expansion construction land in the urbanization period, summarizes the experience at home and abroad, expounds the connotation, goal and significance of non-construction land control in accordance with the overall planning concept. Moreover, the article expounds some focal and difficult point of non-construction land control tactics.
