Abstract :
Select a 1:1 car model which is in our independent research and is the production cars as research subject, according to the need of study, it simplifies the vehicle shape appropriately, uses the software of HyperMesh to mesh grid according to tetrahedron and hexahedron grip program, combines STAR - CD of CFD software with CATIA of CAD software, simulates the CFD of the vehicle, the simulation result is correspond with the experimental result. This numerical simulation method have some meaning for cost savings, shorter development cycles.
