Abstract :
This paper presents a method for network synthesis and optimum design in telecommunication and computer communication systems. Our method uses two concepts: the dynamic buffer size queue and the equivalent product form network. While the first concept helps in reducing the complexity of the network by hiding local parts in the network, the latter provides a mathematical analysis that can be helpful in the design of the network
