Abstract :
The university of applied sciences FH Campus Wien is running a remote lab based on the VISIR open source distribution since 2007. At the moment we are developing new code extensions to be able to use the VISIR-server to enable our students to run experiments with microcontrollers. The main goal of our current work is to find a way how to program a microcontroller that is connected to our remote lab using a web based interface.
