Abstract
There is an urgent demand for usable curricula and courseware in semiconductor manufacturing technology programs at two-year degree granting institutions. In response, Maricopa Advanced Technology Education Center (MATEC) has developed a system for developing competency-based curriculum modules with supporting faculty development materials, and delivering them electronically.
