Abstract
The paper describes a new ac-dc transfer standard developed at the National Measurement Laboratory. It enables calibration of ac-dc transfer and absolute ac voltage standards to be made in the range of voltages from 2 mV to 500 mV, with an uncertainty of 10 to 1000 ppm in the frequency range 10 Hz to 1 MHz.
