Abstract :
The main objective of this paper is to investigate the definition of corporate entrepreneurship, the elements of corporate entrepreneurship, the process of corporate entrepreneurship and the type and strategy of corporate entrepreneurship. It this study, the followings will be pointed out, namely, the content of corporate entrepreneurship, five elements of corporate entrepreneurship, two processes of corporate entrepreneurship, four types of corporate entrepreneurship and the difference of two entrepreneurship strategies.
