Abstract :
The purpose of the article is the decision of a problem of increasing of quality characteristic radio-wave radar. The method of the "short" signal is given. One of ways of increasing of quality indicators radio-wave radar is increasing energy potential of radio-wave radar: 1) increasing potential of a probing signal; 2) increasing radars length.
