Abstract :
The approaches considered are oriented to substantial reduction of the resources required for solving complex ´open´ electrodynamic problems and, at the same time, to the reliability growth of the calculated data. We are dealing with the great improvements-by an order and higher. Our expectations are confirmed by specific results. The approaches are fully studied analytically: today their implementation (in software and in various physical investigations) is easily understood for well trained students and for everybody who look upon mathematical modeling and numerical experiment as being efficient tools for gaining new knowledge.
