The 2015 10th Spanish Conference on Electron Devices (CDE) taking place on 11-13th, February 2015 in Aranjuez, Madrid (Spain), is pleased to announce the following award for Best Student Presentation to Mr. Antonio Ladron de Guevara Ruiz, for his active participation in the Elevator Pitch Student Session and his Poster contribution, "Graphene Devices Fabricated by Laser" by A.
