Abstract :
In China, fast urbanization accompanied by serious damage of urban ecological environmental has largely reduced urban carrying capacity and limited the sustainable and healthy development of the society. Sustainable utilization of resources is the guarantee of human sustainable development. We should build up scientific outlook on development, establish a long-term and effective mechanism to balance resource utilization and environmental protection and turn the extensive utilization of resources into intensive type. Natural resources enable economic development while advanced ideals and technology can help gain the maximum effectiveness by reasonably exploiting the resources. Based on comprehensive analysis of all kinds of natural resources, landscape ecological design proposes the landscape optimization scheme to achieve sustainable utilization of resources through intensive exploitation and utilization of energy and scarce resources such as soil, water, forested wetland vegetation. It is an effective way to alleviate environmental pressure and realize the sustainable utilization of resources. Promotion of landscape ecological design can help guarantee the harmony between urban environment and natural environment and the balance between human activity and living space, thus realize the sustainable utilization of resources and human sustainable development.
