Abstract :
Mutual couplings between inductors and capacitors have significant effects on EMI filterpsilas performance. This paper will discuss their effects on inductorpsilas performance at high frequencies. It is found that due to the large current difference on inductors and capacitors, even small mutual couplings may have detrimental effects on inductorpsilas performance. As a result, the EMI filterpsilas performance is greatly degraded at high frequencies.
