Abstract :
By using the distributed thought developed a hierarchical framework for the operational command and control system, the framework implements the top-level structure, the network architecture and the distributed transaction processing services. Message distribution mechanism is applied in the framework, which ensures the scalability of the framework´s function. Compared with the previous command and control systems, command and control system based on this framework has the following advantages: flexible, easy to expand, strong fault tolerance and coordinated operations and so on. The framework has important practical and reference value.
