Abstract :
The problem of a plane pulse wave scattering of on the layer-uniform half-space with arbitrary complex dielectric permittivities of layers is considered. The proposal method bases on the boundary problem solution for the system of stationary Maxwell equations and well adapted to determination of complex amplitudes of the fields at any point of space.
