Abstract :
Timber structure with high-platform foundation is the main form of historic buildings in China such as bell tower, drum tower and so on. Taking Xi´an Bell Tower as research background, firstly, according to theory of Euler Bernoulli beam in Winkler foundation, analysis model of train-track-foundation system was established, and then, time-history curve of metro-induced loading acts on tunnel structure is obtained by using the corresponding calculation program, which was implemented by Matlab, secondly, three-dimensional finite element model of the Bell Tower-soil-tunnel structure interaction was established, and by means of implicit dynamic finite element analysis, which was accomplished by ABAQUS/Standard, dynamic response law of the bell tower under the simulated metro-induced loads which had been got previously was obtained, and furthermore, evaluated according to the technical specifications, the conclusions can serve as a reference for dynamic response analysis and assessment of similar historic buildings which is caused by metro.
