Abstract :
To increase the productivity as much as possible and accommodate to the requirements of mass production for the production of multi-variety, multi-type, multi-batch and changeable lot-size, to rapidly respond the urgent task of important production, the technology of task-oriented BOM conversion and view mapping based on UDS (Uniform Data Source) is presented. The method to unify the data source by classifying the parts and collecting the common parts was established. The theory of task-oriented BOM conversion and view mapping is analyzed. The step of implementing task-oriented BOM view mapping is given. Finally, an interpretive, qualitative case was conducted.
