Abstract :
In the urgent need for liberation from the pressure of the coal under high-grade highway, on the basis of having investigated the feasibility of mining under it, researched on the mechanism of its disease in the mining activities, security resistance index of high-grade highway is analyzed from the compositions of structure (Foundation) and linear, according to the norms of order; then, new corresponding resistance index is proposed, combining the results of former study with domestic and foreign literature, namely: horizontal deformation å0 ≤ 2mm/ m; high-grade highway and upgraded highway subsidence w ≤ 300mm; subsidence of secondary roads w ≤ 500mm. This essay is of certain significance for the high-grade highway to carry out mining.
