Abstract :
The basic elements of a transmitter system for national sovereignty identification code was designed on basis of the Phase Lock Loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer using the modern microstrip technology and the software modeling package ADS from Ansoft. The system is equipped with ICAOpsilas mode S coding for data exchange with traffic objects. The system utilizes a uplink frequency 1030 MHz and a downlink 1090 MHz. All technical aspects concerning with designing and fabricating this system are given in details.
