Abstract :
By adopting the theories and methods of large-scale system and beginning with the overall objectives of renewable resources industry chain harmonious development, a new idea of large system´s multi-channel control of the harmonious development of renewable resources industry chain is studied and discussed in this essay. In addition, the plan and the design of renewable resources industry chain of a waste recycling company under E-commerce environment is provided.
