Abstract
The paper describes specificity of decisions making process concerning ICT investments in public administrations. On that basis - “PICTURE” as a solution was presented. “PICTURE” is a result of European project elaborated within the EU 6th Framework Programme by twelve partners from six countries. Its purpose is to support ICT investment decisions made in European public administrations. Both co-authors have participated in the “PICTURE” project.
