  • Abstract
Artificial fish swarm algorithm is a parallel optimization one suggested imitating fishes action based on animal self-command. It is high performance and fast optimization strategy. It has offered a new way for solving some non-convex non-linear optimization problem. Artificial fish swarm algorithm has been used multi-criteria parameters composite model optimization of Chaohe river basin sustainable utilization assessment of water resources by basin sustainable development feature. The evaluation equation has been gotten fitting for Chaohe river basin and the computing results accord with fact basically.
