Abstract :
The author describes how the creation of highly-effective technologies, which use ionic, electronic, plasma and light-beam fluxes, is connected with the development of three main directions in research: study of physical processes and phenomena connected with the actions of the above mentioned fluxes on structural materials; the development of testing methods and opportunities of feedback organization of main parameters, determining the particular physical process; and revealing parameters and ways of control by particular physical processes
