Abstract

In recent years, the warehouse financing business sets the example of various industries integration and becomes a new prospective bud in the financial supply chain management in China. The origin and importance of the warehouse financing business are firstly analyzed in the paper. Two models of such business are described. One is the warehouse financing based on authorities/claims mortgage, and the other is the warehouse financing based on flowing stocks mortgage. The risks and their control of the business are finally studied
