  • Abstract
The basic radiative danger for outside elements of cosmic satellites (for example, solar power elements) is produced by fast electrons. It is known that the presence of volume electric charge in the radiation-protection cover can significantly reduce total dose of radiation and increase the durability of such elements. In order to investigate this phenomenon, a mathematical model of the interaction of electron beams with solid high-molecular dielectrics and inorganic glasses was developed and numerical simulation was performed
