Abstract :
In general, heat transfer is expressed by heat flux which depends on thermal resistance and temperature difference. Thermal resistance is determined by heat transfer area and coefficient of heat transfer. In case of convection heat transfer are considered heat transfer more often between liquids or liquid and grain material what is specific for area of raw materials processing. The values of convection heat transfer coefficient are normally gained from the experimental measurement. The contribution deal with software support for calculation of convection heat transfer coefficient, dimensionless criteria and elementary thermo-physical properties of gas media from area processing of raw materials with known composition and temperature. Functions were created in MATLAB. In article coefficient of convection heat transfer for every type of convection are expressed by dimensionless criteria where elementary thermophysical properties are proposed. According to the expressed relations was proposed general form of relation for coefficient of convection heat transfer calculation. Dependencies of convection heat transfer coefficient on different factors are showed.
