Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, people are having greater hunger for knowledge. To be adapted with the lifelong learning trend of the society, M-learning has emerged. In order to share distributed M-learning resources in the campus network and save relevant cost, a model that uses the grid technology to share the campus network´s resources is designed and implemented. It can be well expanded and can resolve the unpredictable system behavior problem caused by the shared resources, and also support the dynamic join in of resources. The genetic simulated annealing algorithm (GSA) is used as scheduling policy, which enables this system to exhibit a certain degree of self-determination and intellectuality.
