Abstract :
To deal with problems in traditional integration system for nuclear power valve, an integrated platform is presented by using the functional analysis and comprehensive analysis. According to the business process and business function, various function items could be customized in the system: parameterized modeling and assembly of all kinds of nuclear power valve based on UG, characteristic analysis based on ANSYS and comprehensive properties optimization analysis based on ISIGHT. The validity of the integrated design system above is verified, so the simulation of the valve can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of designing the valve products.
