  • Abstract
    Shock wave is the main reason for the formation of dust pollution at the high-drop transferring point. The transferring point of Hei Daigou coal preparation plant is taken as an example, By using the calculation theory of air shock wave, the technical parameters in dusting system of transferring points are determined. The result shows that, when the distance between dust catcher and the intersection of blanking tube and guide trough is 2.5m, and the length of guide trough is 10m, the inside pressure of the guide trough and dust mask is less than atmospheric pressure. Airflow at the transferring point migrating to the dust catcher has a good effect to prevent the dust from diffusing toward the cover outside. According to the conclusions of the study, a theoretical basis and practical guidance are provided for the dust control of coal preparation plant.
