  • Abstract
    This paper describes the configuration of antenna with an AMC (Artificial Magnetic Conductor) reflector for higher gain. It is clarified that the highest directive gain is obtained by the optimum area of the arranged unit cell. It is also shown that the higher gain is realized by the thin thickness of the AMC and the short distance between the surface and the antenna.
