Abstract :
At present, there are some problems when the existence testability verification plan based on the binomial distribution is applied in the engineering. According to the designing flow of testability validation test, the paper analysis the problems met in the engineering firstly, and introduces the revision arithmetic secondly, and give the conclusion lastly. This revision method is based on the basic principles of testability validation plan, not changing the accuracy and reasonableness of the actual theory. The paper presents a new revised testability validation plan for different failure sample space based on the binomial, which could amend the arithmetic of determining the sample size, stratifying sampling in proportion and confirming failure criterion. The new revised method of testability validation plan gives the product composition characteristics and failure sample space the full consideration, and makes some guidance for engineering applications of the testability validation plan.
