Abstract :
This paper addresses displaying items in the check list of project risks to project managers in order to prevent lacking information in a plan document for a project. It is difficult to identify information corresponding to the lacking information, but it is possible to identify information related to the corresponding information by using the relation between information in the plan document. So the proposed method uses “clue phrases” that are frequently appearing terms in related information and correspond to the items in the check list. The proposed method extracts frequent terms in the plan document that arbitrary excludes the information related to the items in the check list. For identifying corresponding information correctly, the proposed method regards that the common terms are not clue phrases. Experimental results show that the proposed method can extract information with recall rate of 81% and precision rate of 73%.
