Abstract :
Sneak circuit problem has five basic topologies, four of which are related with power sources and grounds; using the network flow simulation can determine whether the circuit network has these four topologies. According to the circuit elements´ electrical characteristics, their qualitative simulation models were established. Power sources´ and grounds´ models would be changed based on different analysis states. And the circuit system´s model was made based on the characteristics of the network simulation. There were switches in circuit network, which were controlled by commands; their states were external input variables. Set any power source or ground as the start point for the analysis, network flow simulation predicted other power sources´ and grounds´ responses. Analysis the whole power sources´ and grounds´ responses in different simulation states, the result showed whether the circuit network had the four basic topologies associated with the power sources and grounds. This method can accurately and effectively analyze and solve such sneak circuit problems.
