Abstract :
The maintenance is recognized deeply and deeply along with flourish development of equipment maintenance theory and technology, people attach more and more importance to the new management mode and means of equipment maintenance-Prognostics and Health Management theory, health assessment is one of key steps. Firstly, the connotation of health assessment is analyzed; secondly, the equipment health condition classification is discussed; lastly, grey system theory is selected to assess health condition considering equipment characteristics, the basic principle of grey whitenization weight clustering is analyzed, and the equipment health assessment model based on center-point triangular whitenization weight function is set up, the efforts are tried in equipment health assessment field.
