Abstract :
A compact wideband dual circularly polarized (DCP) patch antenna element is presented. The antenna exhibits measured impedance and axial ratio bandwidths exceeding 90%, offering a conformal antenna solution for wideband applications. The antenna element is small enough to support scanned phased array operation free from grating lobes.
