Abstract

This paper presents a new method of collaborative technical service orient product lifecycle to improve quality and efficiency in technical service. Firstly, the collaborative technical service orient product lifecycle is defined and characteristics of collaborative technical service are analyzed. Then, based on analyses structure of technical service data-base the collaborative technical service system architecture is founded. Finally, on the base of theoretical research, a prototype system of collaborative technical service orient product lifecycle is developed.
