  • Abstract
A design of the accelerated test system of electronic products is proposed, which is both used to conduct an accelerated test, log the testing results and supervise the sample working situation. The system is designed in module including accelerated testing chamber, performance and function test subsystem, data acquisition subsystem and information comprehension subsystem. On one hand, the system helps to set up an accelerated testing profile and test every sample by system automatically; on the other hand, it also supervises the test samples inside the chamber during the whole test process, which is used as a sentimental assessment method of environment stress. By doing this the system can help to evaluate the test effects during the test and evaluate the experimental results after test. At the end of this paper, an implemental case of accelerated testing system is revealed for smart electricity meter (SEM) in this paper.
