Abstract
This paper presents the path loss model for 300 - 320 GHz wireless channels. The single-slope large-scale path loss model that includes log-normal shadow fading is devised from the large set of measured data. A good match between the modelled and the measured path loss is observed. The results show that for short distances, the path loss exponent is around 2 and the shadow fading is the smallest at the center of the frequency band of interest.
