Abstract :
The Council of European Energy Regulators has been publishing Benchmarking Reports on the Quality of Electricity Supply since 2001 on a regular basis. For the 5th edition of the Benchmarking Report the 29 member countries of CEER were joined by the 9 NRA´s from the Energy Community and the NRA from Switzerland. This paper contains the main results, findings and recommendations on commercial quality from this latest edition of the Benchmarking Report.
