Abstract :
This paper deals with the structures of combustion and flue gas circulation system, heat exchanging surface arrangement and the heated medium flow system, feed water system of the new type LNG vaporizer. Some creative and advanced techniques, such as the gas flow circle unit, the inner and outer cylinders of combustion chamber, the circulating flue gas system, the feed water system, the structure of upper and down coil tabes and etc, are put forward. The experimental system and its measuring point arrangement are designed and built. The experiments are carried on, and the results show that the new type LNG vaporizer is successful in laboratory, the vaporizer has many advantages due to using the creative and advanced techniques mentioned above, the parameters of heat exchanging for complex situation are presented to refer to the experimental range of this paper.
